The Top Insights For Picking Out Major Elements For Career For Emergency Medicine

Lehi, Utah (PRWEB) December 20, 2016 Career Step, an online provider of career-focused education and corporate training, is pleased to announce that it has donated $15,000 to Special Olympics as a result of employees efforts to be active and participate in the companys wellness initiatives. Employees logged miles as they walked, biked or ran during the companys twice-a-month Workout Wednesday (WoW!) events, and Career Step matched the miles with a company donation for the third year in a row. Workout Wednesday is a favorite program because it combines so many parts of the Career Step culture, said Steve Tober, Career Step President and CEO. Our amazing employees get the chance to give back to the community while they strengthen bonds with their teammates enjoying recreation and improving their health in this beautiful state of Utah. It is always exciting and inspiring to see how enthusiastic everyone is about the program and how it leads to a meaningful donation for the Special Olympics. The Career Step WoW! Program, which was instituted in 2013, is held at least one Wednesday each month throughout the year, or two when weather permits. Employees are encouraged to get out of the office during warmer months and walk, run or bike with their co-workers. Most employees participate on their lunch hour and then enjoy a company-sponsored lunch afterward. The mileage employees report then translates to a certain dollar amount the company donates to the Special Olympics. In 2016, the Career Step team put in approximately 1,500 miles.
